Tom Alcott from Peppermongers shows Nigel Slater a Long Pepper Recipe.

Sat, 10th September 2011 Surfing up the Bristol Channel!

“Brought our Pilot Cutter back to Bristol for some filming last week.  Gale force winds led to some exiting sailing up the Bristol Channel surfing from crest to crest. Broke the booming out pole (we’ll need to make a heftier one)….”

After the Gale we did have a nice little Long Pepper sauce on a sirloin steak. Well it was 0100am and we hadn’t eaten all day…
